Pretty much. While the band can be used on its own to track exercises and heart rate, etc., I believe it needs to be Bluetooth paired with a smartphone or tablet for setup. Also, the Mi app adds a lot of functionality as far as analysis.answered on 2021-05-29 00:00:00
