I have one of these and mine keeps disconnecting from Alexa unless I keep the wyze app open. Is that suppose to happen?Back to product

The Alexa function on mine is horrible! I have only ever gotten it to work a few times. It usually times out, says it doesn't understand, or can't connect. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It is just very unreliable to the point that the Alexa function is useless for me. (The few times it has actually worked, I had my phone nearby but I did not have the Wyze app open, fwiw.)answered on 2020-07-19 00:00:00
