I have been successful in getting it to follow an Alexa command exactly three times (turn on a light, display the temperature, and play music on my Echo Dot.) The other times it says it doesn't understand, has timed out, doesn't know that, or there is a problem with the connection. I can't even get it to tell the Dot to play music again. I'm very disappointed in it and can't figure out why it doesn't work.answered on 2020-07-19 00:00:00
