    A The range should be around 15-20 feet depending on if there are any obstacles in the way.
  5. Q Is there a way to make it compatible with the elite hrv app?elite hrv says it is connected to the bip s lite, but it never displays the heart rate.
    A Unfortunately not since the watch is not compatible with the elite hrv app.
  6. Q Does it count steps on the treadmill?
    A Yes the Bip-S Lite is able to count steps on the treadmill.
  7. Q Is there an internal memory in this watch, and then I can listen to music on it even without a smartphone connection ???
    A No there is no internal memory on the Bip S Lite. No you are not able to listen to music on the watch.
  8. Q I disconnected the app from the watch but the watch stopped working, it will not work without the app. you said it could. how can i use without app?
    A the Watch has to be setup with the app but can work if the watch is away from the phone as I n running or cycling with out a phone , not if unpaired from the App ,

    A Yes, time will continue to tick in your pocket. But don't expect heart rate monitor to work in your pocket. I think step counter would work in your pocket also.

    A Yes the stopwatch have a lap feature.
  12. Q What size is the band ? Incase I wamt to buy replacements.
    A I'm not entirely sure but they sell a ten pack of bands in a variety of colors and they're easy to replace.
  13. Q What do I need to enable for it to measure sleep breathing quality? It tells me it has no data.
    A The Bip-S Lite is not able to measure your sleep breathing quality. Please refer to the newer models like Bip U series for this feature.
  14. Q Why does my watch no give me a blood oxygen reading? it's bip s lite.
    A The Bip S Lite does not have the sensor to measure your blood oxygen levels. Please refer to the Bip U series for this feature.
  15. Q Will the bip s lite sync with ios phones? i see bip u will, but what about bip s lite?
    A I believe it will--it syncs fine with the Zepp app on an iPad (iOS14.6). And at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08C2HJCNL/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza, it says that compatible phone models are Android and iOS. The user manual link on the page is for the Bip S, not the Bip S Lite, so that doesn't help.

    A Yes it is compatible with any Android device including the LG Stylo as long as it running Android OS 5.0 and above
  17. Q When a sports mode is selected on the watch, how will the app save it if it’s not walking, running or cycling?
    A All the data is recorded and is saved when you end the sport mode on the watch. The data will then sync to your Zepp app to be stored on your account.
  18. Q What are the 14 available sports modes? and what difference does not having gps make?
    A Outdoor running, Walking, Outdoor cycling, Pool swimming, Open water swimming, Treadmill, Indoor cycling, Elliptical trainer, Exercise,Climbing, Trail Running, Skiing, Outdoor trekking,and Free Exercise.It would mean that, to enable GPS on the watch it will need to be connected to your phone to utilize the GPS from there. GPS will be able to map your route and provide more accurate values for the distance.
  19. Q Can I turn off calorie/step counting? I do not want this info tracked at all.
    A Unfortunately there is no way to turn off calorie/step counting. It is automatically tracking on the watch.
  20. Q Does this watch monitor stress level ?
    A No the Bip-S Lite does not monitor stress levels.

    A Yes the Bip S Lite works the iPhone 12 or any iPhone running iOS 10.0 and above
  22. Q Are the green lights between the watch and my wrist supposed to flash all the time, like even when I take the watch off to shower?
    A Yes if the automatic heart rate detection is enabled the watch will flash the green lights every time it is taking a measurement.
  23. Q What do I do if the bluetooth is not connecting?
    A Please download the Zepp app from Apple Store or Google play store and attempt the following instructions to pair the new watch:1. Open the Zepp app and select Sign-up with an account. After you have created and signed into your user account, the app will ask you to input your details like your gender, height, and weight.2. To connect Amazfit Bip S to your phone, activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open the Zepp app, tap “+Add”--“Watch“--"Watch with a QR code" in the Profile page to pair.3. Scan the watch QR code, Then you will receive a pairing request on your watch. Tap the checkmark to confirm for pairing.4. After confirmation, your watch will connect to your phone immediately and it will update Repository, Firmware, and AGPS automatically.     A No the Bip S Lite is not able to count flights of stairs.

    A No the font size can not be adjusted.

    A No the Bip S Lite does not have any speakers so it is not able to make any audible noises.
  28. Q My step count is off by 50%. I did the calibration in the app. What else can I do to fix this?
    A Our products gather your step/calorie data via an algorithm our team made that determines how far one's arm would swing while walking at a normal pace. This algorithm is based on the height, weight, and gender of the user. This means that if your arms are stationary while you are walking (i.e. your hands are on your bags or in your pocket while walking) it will not register your steps taken.

    A No it only work with the Zepp App Currently
  30. Q does it work for counting jumps with the rope?
    A The Bip-S Lite does not have a workout for jump rope so it is not able to count the jumps.

    A The time format of Bip S Lite is the same as on your phone. So if you want the watch to show AM/PM, please change your phone's time format to 12 hours.

    A Try charging fully. The initial set up did take longer then I expected. Just keep your phone an watch close. Also make sure pairing is turned on on your phone.

    A You will be able to unpair the watch through the Zepp app. Open the Zepp app and go to Profile -> Amazfit Bip-S Lite -> Unpair. This will reset the watch back to the QR code screen.

    A Yes the Bip S lite model will be compatible with any iPhone and iPad running iOS 10.0 or above. Yes you will be able to download the Zepp app to keep track of all your health data.
  43. Q Got it today, all is well, but the screen won't swipe. I can't get to settings. Anybody?
    A Please unpair the watch watch through the Zepp app to reset the watch. You will be able to pair the watch again to the Zepp app and that should resolve the issue. Press the side button to bring up the app list and swipe down to settings from there.
  44. Q How does this watch do in water?
    A the Bip S lite has a water resistance rating of IP67 which does well while in the swimming Sport modes , the watch is not meant to be used while showering as the heat from the shower can damage the watch
